Returns & Cancellation Policy
This Returns & Cancellation Policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law and does not affect those rights.
1. Standard Products and Custom-Made Products
Standard Products are products offered by Armokitchen in their standard configuration, dimensions, materials, colours, and specifications without modifications requested by the Customer.
The outdoor kitchen modules and ready-made kitchen configurations displayed in the Modules and Ready-made sections of the Website are considered Standard Products when ordered without modification.
Custom-Made Products are products manufactured or configured according to the Customer's individual specifications.
A Product will be considered a Custom-Made Product if, at the Customer's request, any modification is made to a Standard Product, including but not limited to:
- • dimensions or layout;
- • module configuration;
- • materials;
- • colours, finishes, or coatings;
- • worktop materials or colours;
- • appliance selection;
- • technical specifications;
- • additional features or accessories;
- • any other modification requested by the Customer.
2. Cancellation Before Production
As all Armokitchen kitchens are manufactured to order and are not supplied from stock, every order is subject to specification review, approval, and confirmation before production begins.
Both Standard Products and Custom-Made Products may be cancelled free of charge before production commences.
Production is deemed to commence only once both of the following conditions have been met:
- • the Customer has approved the final specification in writing; and
- • full payment has been received by Armokitchen.
3. Cancellation After Production Has Commenced
Standard Products
Where a Standard Product is still in production and has not yet been dispatched, the Customer may request cancellation of the order.
Armokitchen will review each request individually and may offer cancellation, modification of the order, postponement of delivery, or another reasonable solution.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Custom-Made Products
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to Products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Once production has commenced, Custom-Made Products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
4. Returns After Delivery
Standard Products
Consumers may be entitled to withdraw from the purchase of eligible Standard Products within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Armokitchen in writing before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Returned Products must:
- • be unused;
- • be complete and include all supplied components and documentation;
- • be adequately packaged for safe transportation.
The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Products unless otherwise required by law.
Custom-Made Products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to Custom-Made Products.
Accordingly, Custom-Made Products cannot be returned solely because the Customer has changed their mind, no longer requires the Product, or wishes to alter the agreed specification after production has commenced.
Return Request Documentation
To process a return request, Armokitchen may require the Customer to provide:
- • proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt);
- • the order number;
- • the Customer's full name and contact details;
- • a written notice of withdrawal or return request;
- • photographs of the Product and its current condition;
- • photographs of any alleged damage, defect, or non-conformity (where applicable);
- • details of the return shipment, including tracking information once the Product has been dispatched back to Armokitchen.
Armokitchen reserves the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the return request and assess the condition of the Product.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all Products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible transport damage, missing components, or delivery discrepancies should be reported to Armokitchen within 48 hours of receipt and supported by photographs where possible.
Failure to report visible transport damage within a reasonable time may affect the ability to pursue claims against the carrier.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in this Policy affects the Customer's statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming Products.
A Product may be considered defective where:
- • it contains a manufacturing defect;
- • it does not correspond to the approved specification;
- • it materially differs from the Product ordered;
- • it is not fit for its intended purpose under normal residential use.
Customers should notify Armokitchen as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a defect and provide:
- • proof of purchase;
- • a description of the issue;
- • photographs or videos showing the alleged defect.
7. What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects:
- • normal wear and tear;

8. Remedies
Where a valid claim is accepted, Armokitchen may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law:
- • repair the affected Product;
- • replace the defective component;
- • provide replacement parts;
- • replace the Product;
- • offer an appropriate price reduction; or
- • provide a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonable or possible.
The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the issue and the requirements of applicable law.
9. Refunds and Return Costs
