These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Armokitchen website and any purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Company Information

2. Definitions
Customer – any individual or legal entity purchasing Product.
Seller – Armokitchen Kft.
Parties – parties involved, Customer and Armokitchen Kft.
Standard Product – the outdoor kitchen modules and ready-made kitchen configurations displayed on the Website in the Modules and Ready-made sections, supplied in their standard dimensions, specifications, materials, finishes, and colour options.
Custom-made Product – any modification is made to a Standard Product, including but not limited to:
- • changes to dimensions or layout;
- • modifications to module configuration;
- • non-standard colours or finishes;
- • non-standard worktop materials or colours;
- • custom technical specifications;
- • additional features, accessories, or design changes;
- • any other modification requested by the Customer.
3. Use of This Website
The Customer agrees to use the website lawfully and not to:
- • interfere with website functionality
- • attempt unauthorized access
- • introduce malicious code
- • misuse systems or communications
We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
4. Products Descriptions & Specifications
We aim to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. However:
- • Images are for illustration purposes only.
- • Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
- • The exact dimensions, materials used, colours, configuration, and layout of the Products are set out in the documents agreed between the Parties.
- • Minor deviations do not constitute a defect.
- • Products incorporating natural materials such as granite, stone or wood may vary in colour, grain and texture. These natural variations are not defects.
5. Contract Structure & Specification Process
Armokitchen offers both Standard Products and Custom-Made Products.
For both Standard Products and Custom-made Products the purchasing process consists of three stages:
5.1. Specification Phase
Customer and Armokitchen agree on dimensions, modules, materials, finishes, technical drawings and visuals.
This stage is non-binding.
5.2. Order Confirmation
A binding contract is formed only when:
- • final specification is approved in writing,
- • order confirmation is issued by Armokitchen,
- • agreed payment is received.
Only after these conditions are met is a production contract formed.
5.3. Production Start
Production begins only after contract formation and payment.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Prices displayed on the Website are indicative and intended for general information purposes only. As all Armokitchen kitchens are manufactured to order and are not kept in stock, every order is subject to specification review, approval, and confirmation prior to production. The final purchase price is determined based on the approved project, specifications, dimensions, selected modules, materials, finishes, appliances, and any additional options requested by the Customer.
The final price will be confirmed in the Customer's commercial offer, quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.
We reserve the right to amend prices, product specifications, and quotations at any time prior to order confirmation. Any such changes shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
7. Payment
Payment must be received before production.
Payments are processed securely by approved payment providers.
We do not store full card details.
8. Cancellation policy
As all Armokitchen kitchens are manufactured to order and are not supplied from stock, every order is subject to specification review, approval, and confirmation before production begins.
Both Standard Products and Custom-Made Products may be cancelled free of charge before production commences.
Production is deemed to commence only once both of the following conditions have been met:
- • the Customer has approved the final specification in writing; and
- • full payment has been received by Armokitchen.
Requests to cancel an order after production has commenced will be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that Policy for full details.
9. Production & Delivery Time
Standard production & delivery time: 30–45 calendar days from payment and final specification approval.
This timeframe is indicative only and may vary due to material availability, production capacity, logistics disruptions, force majeure events, or Customer-requested changes. Such delays shall not constitute a breach of contract by Armokitchen.
10. Delivery Terms
Delivery of Armokitchen Products may be carried out under different logistics arrangements depending on the order and destination. In all cases, the provisions below apply subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country of residence.
10.1. Delivery by Armokitchen (Own Transport)
Where delivery is carried out directly by Armokitchen or its appointed logistics partners under Armokitchen’s control:
Risk of loss or damage to the Products remains with Armokitchen until the Products have been delivered to the Customer or to a person designated by the Customer at the agreed delivery address.
Delivery is deemed completed when the Products are unloaded at the agreed delivery location and made available to the Customer.
From this point, responsibility for the Products transfers to the Customer, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
10.2 Delivery by Third-Party Carrier (Arranged by Armokitchen)
Where delivery is performed by an independent transport company arranged by Armokitchen:
Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the first carrier for transport to the Customer, in accordance with applicable law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require a different transfer point.
Armokitchen remains responsible for proper packaging and handing over the Products in good condition to the carrier.
The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery and report any visible transport damage in accordance with the applicable Delivery and Returns Policies.
10.3. Customer Collection (Ex Works / Pickup from Factory)
Where the Customer collects the Products directly from Armokitchen’s premises or a designated warehouse:
Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer at the moment the Products are made available for collection and the Customer (or its representative) takes possession of the Products.
The Customer is responsible for loading, transport, insurance, and all subsequent handling of the Products from the point of collection.
Armokitchen will ensure that the Products are properly prepared and made available for safe collection.
Additional Delivery Conditions (Where Applicable)
Access Requirements
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible for standard or heavy goods transport vehicles.
This includes, where applicable:
- • sufficient access roads for delivery vehicles;
- • adequate space for unloading;
- • absence of physical restrictions (e.g. narrow streets, low bridges, restricted zones);
- • any necessary permits for vehicle access.
If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, additional delivery attempts or alternative arrangements may result in extra charges.
Delivery Point
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is made to the nearest safe and accessible point to the delivery address.
Delivery to specific locations such as gardens, terraces, rooftops, or internal areas is not included unless explicitly agreed.
Unloading Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed, unloading is the responsibility of the Customer.
Where Armokitchen or its logistics partners assist with unloading, this is provided as a courtesy service and does not transfer liability for damage caused by unsuitable access conditions or inadequate space.
Waiting Time and Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to Customer unavailability or unsuitable conditions at the delivery site:
- • reasonable waiting costs may apply;
- • redelivery may be charged;
- • storage costs may be charged after a reasonable period.
The Customer will be informed in advance where possible.
Site Conditions
The Customer must ensure that the installation site is:
- • level and structurally suitable;
- • capable of supporting the weight of the Products;
- • prepared in accordance with installation requirements provided by Armokitchen.
Armokitchen is not responsible for installation site preparation.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside Armokitchen’s control, including but not limited to:
- • transport disruptions;
- • customs procedures (including UK imports);
- • weather conditions;
- • regulatory checks;
- • force majeure events.
Delays of this nature shall not entitle the Customer to compensation, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Site Preparation & Installation
Customer is responsible for proper storage after delivery and before installation. Damage caused by improper storage is not covered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is suitable.
Outdoor kitchen units should be installed on a level, stable and non-combustible surface.
Adequate ventilation and clearance must be provided where grills or gas appliances are installed.
Installation must follow manufacturer guidelines.
Incorrect installation voids warranty coverage.
12. Safety & Intended Use
Armokitchen products are intended for outdoor cooking use only.
The Customer must ensure:
- • safe distance from combustible materials.
- • compliance with fire safety regulations.
- • supervision during operation.
- • prevention of child access to hot surfaces or flames.
We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse.
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable local laws, regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
Gas appliances supplied for use with bottled LPG must be installed and connected in accordance with the regulations applicable in the country of installation. Where local law requires installation by a qualified, certified, or licensed gas professional, the Customer is responsible for ensuring such installation is carried out accordingly.
If a product is converted for use with Natural Gas, installation and connection must be performed by a suitably qualified and authorized gas professional in accordance with local regulations.
Electrical appliances must be installed and connected in compliance with all applicable local electrical regulations and standards.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site, gas supply, electrical connections, ventilation, and all associated services comply with local requirements.
Failure to follow installation instructions or applicable regulations may void the warranty and may result in unsafe operation of the product.
13. Environmental Exposure
Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant but not corrosion-proof.
Environmental factors affecting products include:
- • coastal air and salt exposure,
- • humidity,
- • chlorine,
- • industrial pollution,
- • standing water.
Powder-coated finishes may degrade faster in harsh environments.
Environmental wear is not considered a defect.
14. Maintenance
Proper maintenance is mandatory for warranty validity.
The Customer must:
- • clean products regularly.
- • prevent standing water.
- • follow care instructions.
- • protect during prolonged non-use.
Failure to maintain products voids warranty coverage.
15. Appliances
Appliances supplied with Armokitchen outdoor kitchens form part of the Armokitchen product range and are covered under the warranty terms provided with the product where applicable.
16. Returns
Products may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the conditions set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that Policy for full details.
17. Warranty
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties where specified. Full warranty details are provided in our Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not cover:
- • Normal wear and tear.
- • Incorrect installation.
- • Environmental corrosion.
- • Misuse or neglect.
- • Use of products in commercial, rental or hospitality environments.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armokitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
Subject to applicable law, Armokitchen's total liability arising out of or in connection with the sale of the Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.
19. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images and product designs is owned by Armokitchen Kft. or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced without permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
20. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and our Privacy Policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of any mandatory rights or protections granted by the laws of their country of residence.
22. Dispute Resolution
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes fall under Hungarian jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this website.
